He later became a qualified Instructor of this form and others by the British Health Qigong Association. He has also gone on to win Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at the London UK Tai Chi Chaun competitions.

“I was first introduced to the Wu Qin Xi form in 2009 while on a China tour by Professor Li Deyin. Since then I have kept up regular practice as I noticed the health benefits, I also used this form as my main rehabilitation aid after a hip trauma pre and post operation, it also compliments the other Qigong and Tai Chi forms I practice.

Wu Qin Xi is also very enjoyable to learn and practice and that is how I like to teach it, making sure no matter your fitness level you can get the benefits I have achieved with this Health Qigong form.”
