Classes consist of a gentle, thorough warm-up practiced in a Qigong manner and created to help Relax, Release and Be, which is inspired by all the training James has experienced. Form practice & cooling down exercises.
The focus is on health, relaxation & self development.
Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and experience
